1.1. The data controller, Bohdan Krychfalushii, Company ID 14396980, with registered office at U studánky 135/20, 170 00 Prague, Czech Republic, registered under file no. SZ MČ P7 104453/2022 kept at the Municipal Court in Prague (the “Controller”), declares that all personal data processed by the Controller are strictly confidential. The Controller handles them in accordance with national legislation and the European Union regulations applicable in the area of personal data protection.
1.2. The Controller collects, stores, and uses your personal data within the meaning of Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing (the “Personal Data Processing Act”), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the “GDPR”). The individual purposes for which the Controller processes personal data are defined below.
1.3. The Controller also collects such personal data through its website at www.hustlechill.cz (the “Website”).
1.4. The Controller issues this policy so that you are sufficiently informed about what personal data the Controller processes, for what purpose, for how long, who will have access to your personal data, and what rights you have. This policy applies to all personal data collected by the Controller, whether collected for the purpose of performing a contractual relationship, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest, or on the basis of consent.
2. Data Processed
2.1. The Controller is entitled to process the following personal data according to purpose, categories of personal data, categories of data subjects, categories of recipients, and retention periods, as follows: 1. Provision of services — Name; 2. Provision of services — Email; 3. Provision of services — Phone number; 4. Provision of services — Address.
2.2.1. performance of a contractual relationship means: the relationship between you and the Controller arising from an order, registration, a concluded contract, an entry to and participation in a competition, and the like;
2.2.2. sending commercial communications and offering products and services means: sending commercial offers by electronic mail (email), by SMS text messages, or by phone call;
2.2.3. accounting and tax purposes means: keeping accounting records within the meaning of accounting and tax legislation;
2.2.4. HR and payroll agenda means: concluding employment contracts, processing payroll, and paying social security and health insurance contributions under Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labour Code, Act No. 582/1991 Coll., on the organization and implementation of social security, and Act No. 48/1997 Coll., on public health insurance, as amended;
2.2.5. statistical purposes means: anonymized measurement of Website traffic, as well as monitoring the number of page views, time spent on the Website, and the type of device from which you visit the Website. We collect this data in order to improve the services provided and to offer clients relevant content;
2.2.6. displaying advertising means: displaying advertisements on the Website based on statistically determined customer preferences;
2.2.7. legitimate interest means: effective defense in the event of a dispute; in such a case, personal data are processed for 4 years from the expiry of the warranty period for the goods, extended by the duration of any dispute. We want to keep improving our services and, where relevant, provide new and better services; we want to prevent the obstruction of such activity; therefore, activities that contribute to achieving this goal are our legitimate interest. Legitimate interest also includes processing for the purposes of fraud prevention (e.g., assessing the risk of concluding a contract), direct marketing (e.g., offering relevant services to existing customers), transfers of personal data within a group of undertakings for internal administrative purposes, reporting criminal offences and transferring personal data to the competent authority, and ensuring network and information security. This list is illustrative only;
2.2.8. compliance with other legal obligations means: providing information to law enforcement authorities, providing information to other public authorities, and the like.

We process your personal data for the time strictly necessary to secure all rights and obligations arising from our mutual legal dealings — at minimum for the duration of processing the order, completing the transaction, arranging the service, etc. — and further for the period for which the Controller is required to retain personal data under generally binding legal regulations, or for the period for which you have given the Controller your consent. Otherwise, the processing period follows from the purpose for which the personal data are processed or is set by legal regulations.

4.1.2. the right to rectification or erasure of personal data, or restriction of processing, under which you have the right to have inaccurate or incorrect personal data corrected. If your personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected, or are being processed unlawfully, you have the right to request their erasure. If you do not wish to request erasure but only to temporarily restrict processing, you may request restriction of processing;
4.1.3. the right to request an explanation if you suspect that the Controller’s processing of personal data is contrary to legal regulations;
4.1.4. the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data;
4.1.5. the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to the Controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; see Article 20 of the GDPR for details;
4.1.6. the right to object to the processing of personal data processed for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority, or for the protection of the Controller’s legitimate interests. The Controller will cease processing without undue delay unless it demonstrates a legitimate interest/ground for processing that overrides your interests, rights, or freedoms;
4.1.7. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, where you have given the Controller such consent.
5. Cookies
5.1. Cookies are short text files that a website sends to your browser.
